Lifting Cam Motor Drive Rollers are equipped with a powerful 100W motor, capable of lifting up to 200kg and achieving a sorting efficiency of 2000 pieces per hour. These features make them ideal for use in industrial production and automated packaging sorting systems, significantly enhancing system efficiency and reliability.
By welding eccentric wheels to both ends of the roller, it generates an up-and-down motion during rotation, effectively lifting and lowering goods. This ingenious design allows the roller to work seamlessly with conveyor rollers, achieving 90-degree turns in material handling.
